The Works - Case Study

*Average Client Cost is based on my clients needing a variety of services along with the base price for a website. Price differences are driven by the number of pages your site needs, the amount of content you need on your site and how much content you have to hand over to me when we start this journey. It's also affected by how much involvement and number of revisions a client wants. I have some clients that trust what I produce and want no involvement in the creative process beyond the getting to know your business phase. They hand me content and I just deliver a finished site. Other clients want to be directly involved and have more input into the design stages. They'll request several rounds of revisions as they mold their dream.

If you have a graphic designer, you've written all your content, and just need me to get it online, you're probably at the starting price for the package you're considering. If you need a logo, color scheme, fonts, branding help, multiple rounds of revisions, additional pages, and 3rd Party service integration with training then you're looking at the higher end. The pricing structure above should help you get a feel for where your site could land.

• All prices are in US Dollars. We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank checks, personal checks and cash.

• An agreed upon deposit is required upon signing the contract.

• Payment plans are available upon request.

Third Party Fees

Please note that additional fees apply for web hosting with Squarespace, plus potential charges for any 3rd party services you wish to use, such as Google G Suite, Mailchimp and Acuity Scheduling, etc.

We can either teach you how to make formatting adjustments to past posts or do it for you at our regular hourly rate.

$800 RETAINER PACKAGE Want a dedicated Squarespace design team at your fingertips? You'll pay a flat rate for 8 hours of ongoing updates. When ideas and plans come into focus for you, we'll be an email away—ready to quickly update your site so you can keep working in your genius zone rather than stop to tinker with technology! Retainer hours can be used for Squarespace design, graphic design, and copywriting services.

$2200 CONSULTING Sometimes you need an extra brain and experienced outside support to help align, strategize, troubleshoot, and implement specific projects. We'll have 1-hour weekly meetings for one month. And then bi-weekly meetings for the following two months. We're results-based business experts who are dedicated to helping you take meaningful steps toward prioritized business goals. By working with us for three months, you'll cultivate the knowledge, confidence, and momentum to create and complete what you set your sights on.

Next Level Design Package FAQS

How long does this process take?

Next Level Essentials is a six-week process, split into 3 weeks for brand and 3 weeks for website design. This is the ideal timeline as it allows ample time for logo and brand creation (an important step, and a differentiator for Let’s Go Studio) and then time to design, perfect, and launch your site. If you are hoping for a faster timeline, you can add-on our “Skip the Line” package which takes that six weeks down to two weeks! This does require your content to be ready AND your availability open for two afternoon sessions.

I already have a brand. Do you do websites only?

At this time, Let’s Go Studio focuses on complete brand-to-site solutions. If you have a brand, however, Next Level Essentials is still for you! In place of logo creation, we can generate social media graphics, create new site graphics, or revamp old print materials. We will provide a custom scope for existing brands.

I only want a brand design. Do you have brand packages?

We accept brand work, but scope each brand separately via a custom proposal to ensure we catch all of your moving pieces. Please reach out to us for a custom quote.
